The Assembly is the highest body of the SFD and consists of all the members of the SFD.

• elects SFD members in accordance with the procedure prescribed in Article 4.2.2 to 4.2.4 of the Statute;
• elects the members of the Management Board;
• elects the President of the SFD;
• adopts the Annual Plan of SFD activities;
• makes decisions on the amount of membership fees paid by SFD members, as well as decisions on additional payments by members;
• approves the annual budget of the SFD;
• approves the financial statements of the SFD;
• decides on changing the name and objectives of the SFD;
• decides on the acquisition, sale, lease, pledge or other form of disposal of high-value SFD assets;
• decides on amendments to the SFD Statute;
• decides on the termination of the SFD, on changes in the internal organization of the SFD, as well as on the change of the name of the SFD;
• appoints the liquidation administrator and adopts the liquidation balance of SFD;
prescribes its own rules of procedure;
• makes other decisions that are not within the competence of other bodies of the SFD.

Assembly sessions can be regular or extraordinary.
