• by the death of a natural person, or in the case of an organization, by the cessation of its existence;
• upon the permanent departure of the Republic of Serbia by a natural person, except in the case of members who do not reside in its territory.
• upon termination of membership in IFA.

A member may, for any reason, withdraw from the SFD by submitting a written notice of withdrawal to the Secretary before the end of the financial year.

• non-payment of membership fees;
• violation of the provisions of the Statute, legal acts of the SFD or decisions of its governing bodies, or in case of damage to the SFD by a member.

The member is notified in writing about the proposal for his exclusion from membership, and he has the right to present his position on this issue at the Assembly.

The decision on exclusion from membership is made by the Assembly with a qualified majority of two thirds of the members present.
