The Board of Directors is responsible for the management of the SFD and in that capacity makes the necessary decisions, prepares the agenda for the sessions of the SFD Assembly and submits to it proposals that it considers useful.

The members of the Board of Directors are elected by the Assembly, with a term of office of two years.
